We like to keep things simple.
We charge a flat rate for delivery of £3 for all orders for delivery in the UK, regardless of size. Parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail, normally within 3 working days. If you require something quicker or live outside the UK, please call us and we will see what we can do.
Changed your mind?
If you have changed your mind, don’t worry. Just return the item to us in the same condition as you received it within 14 days and we will refund in full. You will need to pay for postage – and we recommend that you use a service with tracking, just in case. Alternatively items can be returned to one of our shops, free of charge.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day that we receive the goods in question back from you or you provide evidence to us that you have returned the goods to us. We will refund the price of the goods in full together with the original delivery charge if you return the full order to us, but not the costs you incur in returning the item.
This does not affect your statutory rights where the goods are faulty or not as described.
Let us know as soon as possible if the goods you receive are defective or something else is wrong, by phone or e-mail. We may ask you to return the goods so we can see what the problem is, or maybe send us photos. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective goods. Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
